My aim is to provide comprehensive mental health support tailored to your individual needs.
My areas of focus are trauma recovery (PTSD), depression, anxiety, and the psychosis spectrum. I work with clients who experience work and educational stress, life transitions (marriage/separation, becoming a parent, retirement), grief and loss. I aim to create a welcoming and affirming space for clients which includes their backgrounds, identities and orientations - I look forward to learning more about you!
Therapy
I offer individual therapy session to adult clients based in Ontario. The cost is $250 for a 50-minute session.
Please check with your extended benefits plan regarding coverage and claim procedure.
Assessment
I offer psychodiagnostic assessment services for adults. The cost is variable, depending on the nature of the assessment and length of time required. I do not currently offer adult ADHD assessments but can provide a referral.
Supervision and Consultation
If you are a therapist on your journey to autonomous practice, I can assist with supervision and consultation services. The cost is $200 per 50-minute session.
